PA residents add 6% Sales Tax. [On OnLine order form tax is the default - select shipped out of Pa. if it applies.]
Shipping/Handling/Insurance available via FedEx.
Shipping costs are determined by weight and ZIP code.
- Minimum FedEx Shipping is $8.00 - the below saddles should be a guide.
- Shipping insurance is added at $0.35 per $100

Saddles:
- East of Mississippi:
- - English Saddles $25 - Western $30
- West of Mississippi
- - English Saddles $30 - Western $35
Accessories/extra items will quite often ship with a saddle (in same box) at little or no extra cost.
OnLine shipping estimates on the order form are for Continental US only.
- They are by estimated weight of the packaged shipment. Multiple items in a shipment will often ship for less than the estimated amount on the order form. We only charge for the actual shipping cost.
Email your complete shipping address with mail code (no PO Boxes) and we will provide estimate of shipping cost to other regions.
Expedited Shipping: We are eliminating the expedited shipping selection. We will ship Fedex Ground (the order form is being changed).
If you desire expedited shipping please call the shop.
If an item is not in stock, we normally receive it in a few days [typical of clothing items, blankets]. We clearly cannot stock all sizes and colors.

RETURN POLICY:

• Used Saddles
- Unconditional - full refund (less shipping) if returned in "as shipped" condition.

• New Saddles
- New saddles that we have in stock.
  - Unconditional - full refund (less shipping) if returned in "as shipped" condition.
  - Any saddle that we do not normally stock may be subject to a manufacturer/distributor restocking fee.
    [Most do not - but best to ask when placing order from available to order page.]
